Payments & Referrals

As a private billing clinic, we proudly accept Medicare and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) referrals, and we are also a registered NDIS Provider.

Please be aware that patients with Medicare referrals will incur a gap payment, as the consultation fee is charged in full. We will assist you in claiming the Medicare portion of your consultation, provided you have a completed Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from your GP, your Medicare card, and a registered savings account card.

We offer immediate private health fund rebates through our HICAPS terminal. Just bring your private health fund card to your appointment, and our welcoming reception team will handle the rest. If you're unsure about your podiatry coverage, please contact your health fund for clarification.
